The infrastructure exists, but nobody patches, monitors or restores it. Without ongoing care, servers go unpatched and backups go untested. Attackers often find those failures before the owner does.

What you receive
A map of where each class of data lives, with the placement decisions documented. The infrastructure built and documented: each server's baseline, the network design, the service inventory, the tested restore procedure, all described as code so it can be rebuilt. Where there is construction, the design, the schedule and each partner's responsibility, with us coordinating the work. In operation, a monthly report of what was patched, what failed, what was restored in testing and what needs a decision from the client.

The choice considers workloads, data sensitivity, integrations, costs and continuity requirements. It may combine different environments, with documented decisions reviewed as business needs change.
Do you really build the building?
With partners in civil construction and energy, yes. We take responsibility for the technical design, coordination and result; the construction and the electrical installation are carried out by people who do that professionally, to our specification.
What about the infrastructure that already exists?
It goes into the review as it is. Migrations run in stages, with the old environment in production until the new one is proven, and a rollback path at every stage.
